... Woodbrook, St. James. But these places are saturated with too much business. That in itself is a blessing. Belmont doesn’t really need that development. It’ll have the place more commercial and as with anything commercial, it presents itself with different issues to deal with. More crime, more drugs ... more employment, more flourishing. So they have the both the good, the bad, and the ugly ... I think preserving Belmont as it is, with not too much commerciality, will be a nice thing for Belmont.
